TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION
WHAT IS IT
And all the documentation required to obtain an EAC Certification or EAC Declaration. As with the European Union market, for the EAC Customs Union, it is essential to prepare technical documentation according to GOST standards, including product characteristics and descriptions.
Technical documentation is required and is the basis for conformity assessment.

The main difference is that, for most technical regulations, exports to the EAC region also require the production of a technical passport. If the product does not meet the requirements, a certificate or declaration cannot be issued and the product cannot be placed on the market.
TYPES OF DOCUMENTATION
And it is the technical document that is issued for each individual serial number of the product and refers specifically to it.
This document is intended for the end user. It contains the technical characteristics, production date, main components used, and other data. This document is issued by the manufacturer in accordance with GOST 2.601-2013 "Unified System of Design and Operational Documentation.".
Furthermore, there are specific tables that will be filled in during the lifetime of the item to note any interventions - with the date and detailed indication of the intervention carried out and by whom it was carried out (for example: replacement of one or more components).
The technical passport must be available throughout the life cycle of the machine or equipment.
Depending on the technical regulation under which your product falls, some details may vary.
The EAC User Manual is very similar to the one used in Europe: the difference is that, in the case of the EAC Customs Union market, this document must be drawn up according to GOST standards.
Instructions for use can be created for various products, types and models or series with similar characteristics.
The user manual is created according to the standards GOST R 54 121−2010, GOST R 2.601−2013 and 2.610−2006 and according to the technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union:
— TR CU 010/2011 On the safety of machinery and equipment
— TR CU 032/2013 On the safety of pressure vessels.
The product's use, maintenance, and installation must be described to prevent any misuse. The manufacturer's and importer's information, as well as the addresses of both their respective offices, must also be included. Safety instructions are very important and must be clearly visible and easy to understand.
The EAC user manual is produced in digital format and supplied in paper form in Russian with the product.
The safety manual is a document that contains the risk assessment, information on the minimum safety measures required by the design and operating documentation, and the technical documentation. The document accompanies the machine throughout all phases of its life cycle.
This is a technical document that includes all the criteria regarding the item's safety from the moment of installation, throughout its life cycle and information for disposal in compliance with current environmental regulations.
The safety manual (Safety Justification) is essential for some products that fall, for example, under the EAC certification TR CU 010/2011 “On safety of machinery and equipment” and/or TR CU 032/2013 “On safety of pressure equipment”.
The most important requirements for preparing a safety manual are specified in the technical regulations:
-TR CU 010/2010 On the safety of machinery and equipment
-TR CU 032/2013 On the safety of pressure equipment.
To introduce a product or equipment into the EAC area, all documents must be written in Russian or the official language of the respective member state in which the conformity assessment is taking place. In addition to the required documents, labels (TR CU 009/2011 On the safety of perfumes and cosmetics, TR CU 017/2011 On the safety of light industry products) must also be in Russian.
Our services include timely and complete translation of all documentation.
