Parts and spare parts for already certified products

Goods intended for diplomatic corps and international organizations, including their employees
The Customs Exemption Letter is a document issued by accredited certification bodies, which specifies that products to be imported into the Russian Federation or the Customs Union are exempt from mandatory certification.
The main difference is that, for most technical regulations, exports to the EAC region also require the production of a technical passport. If the product does not meet the requirements, a certificate or declaration cannot be issued and the product cannot be placed on the market.
